The kitchen has the original antique sink and custom-built cabinet & pantry under the stairs, with Walnut butcher-block countertops. All appliances remain, including a central vacuum system.
Living room has lodge-look trusses, Knotty Pine ceiling, tongue & groove walls, and the stone fireplace has a stove insert with a Gnarly Aspen mantle. Additional heat source is a Central Propane wall heater.
Downstairs bedroom has queen bed and rarely-found closet. Upstairs loft has 2 built-in single beds and space for another queen bed. Plus the sofa converts to a queen bed.
The dining table & corner bench set with storage will seat 6 people.
The one bathroom was recently renovated, has custom vanity with granite countertop.
Outdoor there’s a shady BBQ deck for gathering, bird watching & listening to the running stream. It’s a little taste of Heaven.
