A perfect location, in the middle of the community this home is beautifully finished. The patio outside is wonderful for our weather when you want to entertain and the home is certainly a WOW. The pictures show you everything. Be sure to notice the French doors leading from the living room to the patio. And the bench wrap around dining table is very special. You have a living room and a family room. Plenty of room! The third bedroom is being used as an office now, but does have a closet space. The solar panels from Sunrun were installed two years ago. Be sure to ask me about it! Some furniture is available per inventory list. It is very important to understand this community is very strict on residents proving verified income to match about $2700 each month. This can be social security and/or pension or a paycheck. One dog is allowed unless you have also one that is a verified service dog. This community is really great for activities if you like to participate. There are two pools, a great spa, tennis courts and pickleball, billiards, and a library besides a very nice dining hall. Our pickleball group is very active!
