Zoning and General Plan (R1-L-B40): The property is zoned Residential Limited Agricultural with a General Plan overlay of Resource Management. It is also deemed as a Scenic View Corridor. Both the Resource Management and Scenic View Corridor overlays impact the potential residential building envelope as well as impose specific architectural design guidelines to be followed.
