There are some challenges to overcome here, but for the right buyer, this could be heaven. The first challenge is the access, which is currently a problem but is not insurmountable. The property actually fronts on Bay Tree, but that has been washed out over time, trees have fallen across it, and a good amount of work will have to be done to clear it and grade it for driving access once again. The closest you can currently get by car is a couple of hundred feet away at the corner of Bay Tree and Dogwood. There is a water box at the SE corner of the property, and the property did have water at one time. However, we believe that was part of the old Cedar Glen water system that was destroyed in the Old Fire in 2003 and is no longer useable. Water and electricity both are in Dogwood, a few hundred feet away, but this is the second challenge: getting the new water system connected to the lot. Any Buyer will need to investigate this for themselves. This is a beautiful spot, and the property is priced to attract the person who will accept the challenges and create their own mountain fairyland.
